This open-level class dives into the fundamentals of the body category while holding space for individuality and lived experience. Drawing from our personal journeys in walking body, we’ll explore how we each developed our walk from different identities and perspectives, and how to find what works best for your own body. Through shared experiences, and posing tips, you’ll learn how to show your strengths, move with confidence, and authentically showcase yourself.

Please come prepared to show off what you’ve got! Please wear clothing that you are comfortable in, however we suggest male figures bring shorts/briefs and female figures bring a bikini set or sports bra & bike shorts.
